You can modify or cancel your order before it ships. Please let us know at cheektocheek@avivazilberman.com and we will be happy to assist you.

RETURNS
We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us and use our easy-return service.

PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO CUSTOMS COMPLEXITY WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM RUSSIA.

You've got 14 days to return the items you don’t want to keep. Please follow the below steps:
STEP 1 - Send us an email to cheektocheek@avivazilberman.com with the items information and the reason you want to submit a return.
STEP 2 - We will send you back a prepaid shipping label to attach to your package, as well as detailed instructions for next steps.
STEP 3 - Pack up your items and ship the package back to us, no later than 7 days after the shipping label was produced and sent to you. We may not be able to process your refund if you send the package later than stated above.
STEP 4 - Upon receival, we will verify the returned items are qualified for a refund and will notify you by email. Please note, that unless faulty, items must be returned with all original packaging, tags and labels, undamaged and not used. We may have to reject the return, in case the items are returned to us in an unsuitable condition.

REFUND
You will receive a full refund within 14 days from receipt, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • RETURNS WITHIN ISRAEL - For domestic return within Israel, a 25₪ flat fee will be deducted from your overall refund for the cost of the domestic delivery.

  • INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - The cost of the international return label will be deducted from your overall refund. The cost ranges from $25 to $65—depending on where you are returning your package from and how many items you are sending. We will provide the final shipping cost once we receive your return request.

  • Original shipping costs are non–refundable.

  • Duty and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

  • Normally the return of the product takes 1-2 weeks, but depending on the country’s customs officers, the package could be held by the border for up to a maximum of 10 weeks. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund until your package is safely returned to us.

  • If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

DOMESTIC ONLINE EXCHANGES - WITHIN ISRAEL ONLY
If you need to exchange a product for the same item but a different size, please follow the Return steps and send us an email to cheektocheek@avivazilberman.com with the new item information.
Upon receival, we will send you your new item free of charge, as a complimentary service. You've got 14 days to submit your exchange.

Currently, International orders cannot be exchanged online. Please submit a return and then place a new order.

IN STORE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You are welcome to visit us at the Tel Aviv flagship store at 23 Melchett st. and return or exchange your items. Just come over with the items, your order number and a formal ID and will make sure to exchange your items or issue a refund.

If you want to exchange your item for a different size or color, please send us an email to cheektocheek@avivazilberman.com prior to your visit and we will make sure the new item waits for you in the store.
